Dr. Stephanie Felice is a distinguished Industrial & Organizational Psychology specialist with a passion for driving organizational success through leadership and collaboration. With extensive expertise in organizational development and design, change management, organizational learning, and employee development, Dr. Felice is dedicated to enhancing organizational performance.
As a Senior Consultant with The Landers Consulting Group and the Founder and CEO of Felice Coaching & Consulting, Dr. Felice serves as a Consultant, Coach, and Mentor, leveraging data-driven insights to support leaders, employees, and organizations in achieving their goals. Her approach empowers clients to translate vision and strategy into actionable plans that foster collaboration, learning, development, and innovation.
To remain an innovative leader in her field, Dr. Felice is active member of the Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychologists (SIOP), where she leads the local chapter, Erie Canal Applied Psychologists (ECAP) and is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA), where Dr. Felice serves as an APA Mentor. Dr. Felice is also active with the National Human Resources Association’s (NHRA) Rochester, NY chapter and Society for Evidence Based Consulting (SEBOC).
Dr. Felice earned her Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Adler University. Her advanced education and extensive experience provide her with a profound understanding of how to lead and inspire others to reach their fullest potential.
