Patrick McGonagle is an actively engaged student at Framingham State University majoring in psychology and minoring in business. In addition to his studies, Patrick is a research assistant conducting qualitative content analysis of I/O psychology textbooks, a Student Event Coordinator for the Center for Student Experience, President of the university’s Psi Chi chapter, and a student representative to the Academic Policies Committee. He has been involved in the growth and development of youth, working as a camp counselor for over four years. Patrick recently joined Landers Consulting Group and is working on a project to create long-term
organizational change at a regional museum. His research interests span DEI, personality, motivation, decision making, and organizational change management. Patrick career goals include obtaining a Ph.D. in I/O psychology.
