
Kayla Zilke, Associate Consultant
Kayla Zilke is an Associate Consultant with the Landers Consulting Group. She holds an MA in industrial and organizational psychology from The University of Tulsa. Kayla has experience with psychometrics (e.g., organizational assessments, scale validation) and human resources (e.g., job analyses, performance appraisal development, employee motivation evaluation). Kayla has actively pursued her interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) academically, professionally, and personally. For example, she authored a monthly diversity newsletter and planned, organized, and marketed DEI events for the university community. Kayla is currently working on an OD intervention dealing with strategic planning and organization revitalization with a museum in eastern Washington State. She has worked in the animal care, higher education, banking, and transportation sectors. Kayla’s professional interests include organizational culture and employee well-being, particularly work-life balance, work stress, and burnout.
