Outside her consulting work, Jill contributes to the talent development field as VP of Professional Development for the Central Mass ATD board of directors. She holds a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a concentration in Talent Development from Adler University and is pursuing her doctorate in Leadership Psychology with a focus in Change Management at William James College. An active member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology, and a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), Jill is passionate about fostering environments where individuals and teams can unlock their full potential, making her a trusted partner for businesses looking to create meaningful, lasting change.
