Ginevra Drinka, Ph.D., is a founding member of the Landers Consulting Group. She is the firm’s head
executive leadership and coaching practice area. She has over ten years of consulting experience.
Anna started consulting in the pharmaceutical industry in London. Anna changed her focus while
working on her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University and working with several
consulting firms. During that time, she specialized in assessments, leadership development, and
succession planning across international borders.
Anna’s dissertation explored the efficacy of leaders who embrace a growth mindset, cultivate
psychologically safe workplaces, and foster learning agility, demonstrating that these behaviors drive
high performance. Her work was guided by Dr. W. Warner Burke. Post-graduation, Anna worked as
an external learning and development consultant for Microsoft and later as an internal consultant
building an executive coaching practice for a large, multinational firm and advised on talent
assessment strategies for succession planning and leadership development.
She is an ICF-certified Executive Coach who uses the lessons of her research to help clients build
high-performing teams and navigate change effectively. She is certified in several assessments that
drive leadership effectiveness, such as the KF360 and the Hogan Leadership Forecast Series.
Additionally, she is a Prosci-certified change management professional. She uses these skills to
implement change agendas on behalf of organizations.
Her ultimate desire is to serve as a trusted advisor to values-driven leaders who can effectively plan
and lead change within their organizations. Anna approaches her work as a coach and consultant in
a collaborative process to bring about lasting change.
