Chloe Sharpe is an Associate Consultant with the Landers Consulting Group. She will complete her M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Xavier University in August 2023, and finalizing her thesis on the interrelatedness of inclusive leadership, work engagement, and workplace bullying. While at Xavier University, Chloe held leadership positions in the Xavier Psychology Association of Graduate Students and the Diversity Advisory Committee. Chloe’s responsibilities included creating and facilitating a resume workshop, developing and implementing a mentorship program between graduate and undergraduate psychology students, administering the annual student climate survey and analyzing survey results, among others. Her professional interests include topics related to organization development, training and development, and leadership
development. She has a special interest in workplace bullying, incivility, and employee engagement. Chloe is a music buff, a lover of animals, and is easily in awe of all things plants.
