Chloe Castro

Chloe Castro, SHRM-CP, is a PhD candidate and organizational development practitioner with a background in organizational behavior and human resources.

Currently pursuing her PhD at Claremont Graduate University, Chloe combines rigorous research with hands-on experience to explore the many factors that influence organizations’ success. She is especially passionate about remote work, organizational change, and the systems that support meaningful, inclusive employment.

Chloe’s experience spans both qualitative and quantitative research, and she brings curiosity, empathy, and academic depth to her work. Outside of research, she enjoys yoga, cooking, hiking, and listening to podcasts.
