Cam Dunson, ABD

After over two decades of international experience working for a large multinational non-profit, Cam Dunson began pursuing her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology in 2021. Currently completing her dissertation, Belonging in the Workplace: Development and Validation of a Scale, Cam leverages the voice of the employee and people analytics to deliver actionable insights that drive organizational success. She is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), the Society of Consulting Psychology (SCP), the Society of Evidence-Based Organizational Consulting (SEBOC), and the Society for People Analytics. As the founder of Dunson Strategic Solutions, Cam specializes in cultural intelligence, cross-cultural teaming, and corporate training.
