Buck Seward, J.D. SHRM-SCP, is the Senior Lead Consultant heading our
Entrepreneurial Growth and Post-Merger Integration Consulting efforts. He
provides a unique perspective to this field drawn from more than 20 years
business, industry, leadership, and consulting experience across several sectors.
Prior to co-founding the Landers Consulting Group, Buck was Chief Learning Officer
for Wolters-Althoff, a private equity portfolio of global SaaS consulting companies
to Fortune 1000 sales organizations, product groups, and international teams. His
expertise includes organization design and effectiveness, executive mentoring and
development, culture transformations, performance enhancement strategies,
organization assessments, creating learning organizations, and change
management.
Buck has held executive positions in private equity operating companies and
Fortune 500 firms responsible for assessing organization change readiness and
change leadership and planning. This includes stakeholder analysis, change impact
assessments, communications planning, leadership engagement and readiness
assessments. His client list includes Fortune 500 companies among them are
Kroger, Albertsons, Publix, US Foods, Starbucks, CBRE Group, McDonalds,
Whirlpool, Carrier Global, Emerson Electric, Marriott Intl., Ecolab, Aramark, YUM!
China Holdings, Dover, and YUM! Brands. Buck has consulted with healthcare,
hospitality, manufacturing, private equity, retail, technology, and NGOs
domestically and abroad.
Buck specializes in partnering with internal and external stakeholders on a range of
topics including organization design and effectiveness, executive mentoring and
development, culture transformations, performance enhancement strategies,
organization assessments, creating learning organizations, and change
management.
Buck enjoys camping, playing the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, and the ongoing
search for international waterfalls to visit with his family.
