Bridget Killoury (MA, MSc, GradDip), is a Senior Consultant specializing in leveraging
neurodivergence in the workplace to enhance creativity and generate increased ROI. Bridget
combines extensive expertise in neurodivergence and neurodiversity with a strategic business
development background and is able to seamlessly integrate neurodiversity into organizational
cultures, policies, and practices. This holistic approach fosters a win-win situation: fostering
inclusive workplaces while generating tangible business results.
As a published writer on neurodivergence and the world of work, Bridget works with some of the
Europe’s and North America’s biggest neurodiverse organizations, such as Neurodiversity in
Business and Potentia in USA. Bridget provides one-to-one career coaching for neurodivergent
individuals to help them navigate common challenges they face as well as consulting to
organizations to help them attract, hire, retain, and leverage the benefits of including
neurodiverse employees.
Bridget is a creative, innovative, and deep thinker, which translates to both her advocacy work in
neurodiversity and inclusion. She is an avid and passionate researcher, author, and content
creator able to communicate complex information in simple and accessible formats.
Bridget has a background in Psychology, with a special interest in Behavioural Psychology and
Biopsychology (Behavioural Neuroscience). She uses her knowledge to help integrate
neurodiversity into company cultures, policies, and practices. She supports organizations
through the transition to a more inclusive workplace, addressing concerns and fostering buy-in.
