Angela Tait, MSOD, is a founding member of the Landers Consulting Group and President of
Tait Consulting, a boutique consultancy specializing in talent management,
employee onboarding, retention and growth, performance management, and
increased engagement and productivity. She has a master’s degree in Organization
Development from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School and is a
Certified HR Practitioner (SHRM-CP). 
Angela has consulted nationally and internationally. As a member of a consulting
team, Angela worked with the city government of Lyon, France to introduce
contemporary sustainability processes to city managers. Her consulting work spans
the real estate, education, hospitality, legal, technology, and healthcare sectors. She
has direct hands-on experience in sales, recruiting, onboarding, training,
performance management, coaching, and strategy development.
Angela has provided Human Resources guidance and direction for a real estate
investment, development, property, and construction management firm.  She
developed and implemented HR systems that enhanced the hiring, onboarding, and
policy development functions as the company expanded its staff from 10 to 100 in
less than 18 months.
Angela applies her expertise toward integrating the daily efforts of company talent
with the vision, mission, and goals of the organization’s leaders. Her collaboration
with executive leadership has improved individual, team, and organizational
effectiveness, significantly contributing to sustained growth and profitability.
Angela is an avid traveler having visited more than 30 countries. She practices yoga,
enjoys hiking, and is an avid reader.
