Amanda Menin, SHRM-SCP, is a passionate industrial and organizational psychology professional who has earned her place at the table, by generating outstanding results. She has worked as an HR Manager and as a business analyst for regional and global corporations, giving her a strong command of not only the people side of business, but of the operations side as well

Amanda currently works for the State of South Dakota, as an Organizational Development Consultant,
where she specializes in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and retention. She holds SHRM-SCP
and PHR human resource certifications, a conflict resolution certificate through Cornell University, a ToP
facilitator certification, and is a Civil Treatment Workplace trainer, through ELI.

Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge to her consulting work, and prides herself on the strong
relationships that she has built within client organizations and within the profession. Amanda is easy to
talk to, empathetic, and has a strong moral compass. She operates in the Industrial and Psychology
space due to having a strong desire to give back to the community, and to make the world a better
place.
