Alan Landers, MHRD, is the Founder and Executive Director of the Landers
Consulting Group, a global consultancy with consultants across the United States
and partners in five countries.

Senior Practitioner with 40+ Years of Experience. Alan started his career in
organization development and human resources development with the City of San
Diego in 1978. Prior to founding the Landers Consulting Group, Alan was the
President and CEO of the OD & Change Leadership Group, a premier global OD
and Training consultancy. His expertise includes planning and leading strategic
change interventions, culture transformations, and employee involvement and
engagement projects to increase organization effectiveness and agility.

Corporate Executive. Alan has held executive positions in medium-sized
companies to large international firms and was responsible for directing training and
development, executive development, organization effectiveness, and performance
improvement. His responsibilities included consulting to operations across the U.S.
and abroad.

Global Certificate in OD & Change Leadership. In 2018, Alan established a
partnership with the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management to create “the
world’s most comprehensive certificate program in OD and Change Leadership.”

Wide Range of Clients. His client list includes many Fortune 500 companies
among them are General Motors, AT&T, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Dun &
Bradstreet, Texas Instruments, and HJ Heinz. Alan has consulted with government
agencies, hospitals, universities, manufacturers, nonprofits, and financial institutions
domestically and abroad.

Executive-Level Seminars. Alan has conducted executive-level seminars for
prominent universities across the country, including Southern Methodist, Auburn,
Washington State, Michigan State, Texas A&M, Northwestern, San Diego State, and
others. He also designed and delivered webinars on Becoming a Successful
Consultant for the Institute for Management Consultants.
